I would give them 10 stars if I could. I hired them without meeting them. I used HomeAdvisor to find 4 companies to remove a 40 foot Bald Cypress from my back yard. I received a call from Steve Hagan 2 minutes after I entered my request and we talked for about 30 minutes. I talked to others who were more expensive and didn't make me feel that they have what it takes to get the job done right. I am SO happy with Timberjak. They did everything right. From great communication, letting me know when they would arrive to what they are going to do. They finished the job on time and on budget. They are very respectful of us, our property and our neighbors property. They cleaned everything up very well. I already have one of our best friends interested in using them.
